Welcome to bhaggo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bhaggo ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bhaggo website located at https://bhaggo.onl and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the bhaggo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

bhaggo reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any point. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of bhaggo Services, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one active account on bhaggo. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.
• Choose a secure, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify bhaggo immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

bhaggo accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or have shared them with a third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All financial transactions on bhaggo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. bhaggo does not currently accept credit card or bank wire deposits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant mobile money provider.
• bhaggo does not apply transaction fees to deposits made via supported payment methods.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• bhaggo aims to process withdrawal requests within a few hours of approval, subject to identity verification requirements.
• bhaggo reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Funds derived from fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

bhaggo may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and free spins are valid for a limited period as stated in each offer. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless bhaggo explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on bhaggo are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the bhaggo system. bhaggo is under no obligation to accept, cancel, or modify a bet after confirmation except as expressly permitted under applicable game rules.
• bhaggo reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error due to a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed failure. Players will be notified of any such void and stakes will be returned to their account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, bhaggo's records shall be the primary reference. Results from our certified game providers and data partners are final in the absence of a demonstrable system error.
• bhaggo reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time due to unusual betting patterns, match integrity concerns, or at the discretion of our risk management team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bhaggo. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended or permanently closed, forfeit any associated balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bhaggo staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the bhaggo platform — including but not limited to the bhaggo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bhaggo or its licensed technology and content partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bhaggo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bhaggo content without prior written consent from bhaggo.

• Service interruptions, technical faults, or downtime affecting bet placement or game access.
• Errors in game software or data feeds that have been corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
